She earned her bachelor's degree from Rhodes College and later received her master's degree from Freed-Hardeman University. Before joining the Crye-Leike family, Allie spent seven years as an elementary school teacher, developing the patience, communication skills, and dedication that now help her guide clients through one of life's biggest decisions.

As a former soccer player and lifelong sports enthusiast, she loves cheering on the Memphis Tigers, Memphis Grizzlies, and her alma mater's Rhodes Lynx.
